Number of users

Explanation: The number of users in the Active directory.


Number of groups

Explanation: The number of groups in the Active Directory.


Number of files

Explanation: The number of files whose permissions are processed by Access DB.


2. Data Privilege Analysis

Number of users count against data privilege

Explanation: Number of users with different data privilege levels. NONE data privilege means some workflow is still pending which will eventually populate data privilege level.


Number of groups count against data privilege

Explanation: Same as above for groups.


3. File Access Patterns

Number of files grouped by sharing scope

Explanation: Sharing scope is a special field to indicate that a file has been shared publicly or with all the people of the ORG (organization). None means it's shared with individual groups and users.


Number of files grouped by sensitivity level

Explanation: Number of files with different sensitivity like High, Medium, Low.


Number of files with excessive access

Explanation: Excessive access means that a file can be accessed by a more than 'X' number of people.


Explanation: An accessor for a file can be directly added to the file or they can be sent a link to access a file.


Number of files with cross-department access

Explanation: Number of files where accessors of the file are from different department than the department of the owner.


4. High-Access Analysis

Top 10 files with highest user accessors

Explanation: This provides top 10 files where number of user accessors are highest.


Top 10 files with highest group accessors

Explanation: Same as above for groups.


5. Data Source Coverage

Number of files grouped by the datasource

Explanation: Number of sensitive files for every datasource that are processed by Access DB.
