Click on the Governance tab.
From the dropdown menu, select Access Governance.
Within the Access Governance dashboard, choose the Objects tab from the left-hand panel.
The All Objects tab provides a consolidated view of all data objects across connected data sources. It highlights the total volume of objects and identifies how many of them are classified as sensitive—crucial for monitoring data exposure and enforcing governance policies.
Summary Header: Displays the total number of objects and data sources in scope. Example: 948 objects across 3 data sources.
Data Source Cards: Each card represents a connected data source and shows:
Total Objects in a data source (e.g., 307 in lb-gdrive)
Sensitive Objects in a data source (e.g., 250 in lb-gdrive)
The Open Access tab highlights data objects that are accessible by a large number of users—internally or externally—posing a potential security risk. These objects may not have proper access controls and require close review to prevent data leaks.
Summary Header: Shows the total number of open access objects across data sources. Example: 98 objects across 3 data sources.
Data Source Cards: For each connected source (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive), the card shows:
Total open access objects (e.g., 59 in lb-gdrive)
Count of those marked as sensitive (e.g., 58 in lb-gdrive)
The Excessive Access tab identifies data objects that have been granted more permissions than necessary, increasing the risk of unauthorized use, modification, or data leakage.
Summary Header: Shows the total number of objects with excessive access across all connected data sources. Example: ~13 objects across 3 data sources.
Data Source Cards: Each card displays:
Approximate number of objects with excessive access (e.g., 6 in lb-gdrive)
Count of sensitive objects among them (e.g., 6 in lb-gdrive)
