More details and filtering capabilities for the Files List CSV Report
The CSV report
now includes up to four levels of directory hierarchy for each file, in addition to the full file path.
With robust filtering capabilities, you can now generate CSV reports
after applying filters to attribute types for more granular analysis.
Sensitive data information and metadata for each file is now available in one report with the addition of new columns to show highly sensitive attributes for each file.
Scheduling
At any given time users can generate up to four reports in parallel. Due to multiple processes running on the LightBeam application, attempting to generate more than this may result in reports being stalled.
If one or more operations are running on the LightBeam application, downloading a file from the UI will time out after 5 minutes. Please wait for a while and try again.
If report generation fails due to reasons such as multiple processes running or resource issues, the status of the reports in the notifications will remain as βpendingβ.
Accessibility
Limited drill-down capabilities on the UI for LightBeam Custom Lens Analysis charts, drill-through is not possible. To access detailed information, you will need to download the CSV reports
.
Lens does not provide additional filters for attribute types.
Lens require a one-time background job after the historical scan completion for every new data source. This job needs to be started by LightBeam Support.
Reports are available to download from the notifications page for 48 hours. If an βExpiredβ report has to be downloaded, it will need to be generated again from the LightBeam Lens UI.
The date & time for an expired report is the time of its expiration.
Report generation may have errors when βRetention violatedβ filters are applied.
Some filters on the Classification and Lens view are currently different, however, the report downloaded is consistent and any of the filters can be applied from either view.
