DSR Management Dashboard (DPO View)

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) has access to the Privacy
section of the dashboard, where they can view and manage Data Subject Requests (DSRs). This section provides comprehensive statistics, including:
Request Statistics:
These statistics help the DPO to understand the nature of requests coming in i.e. Access
, Erasure
, Rectification
, and Other,
allowing them to prioritize and manage their tasks more efficiently.
Request Status
Each DSR goes through various statuses throughout its lifecycle. The platform categorizes them as follows:
Unverified: New DSRs enter the system in the "Unverified
" state.
In Progress: Once the DSR is verified, it moves to "In Progress
" status. This status consists of the requests in the following states:
- ID Verified
- Data Discovery
- Report Generation
Closed: DSRs that have been completed and are no longer active.
All: This section displays all the DSRs currently present in the system.
Data Subject Request Panel
When navigating to the 'Data Subject Request
' tab, the DPO will find a list of requests displayed. Each row represents a DSR and provides key details such as:
Request ID: The unique identifier for each request.
Data Subject: The individual who submitted the request.
Associated Tickets: Related requests sent to different data source owners aiding in the fulfillment of the data access request.
Assignees: The DPO or others responsible for the request.
Status: The current status of the request (ID verified, in progress, closed, etc.).
Date Created and Due Date: The timeline of the request.
Actions: Additional actions that can be taken on the request.
To view a specific request, click on the request listed under the Request ID column.
