Multi Language Support

Follow the steps mentioned below to view the available languages

Step 1: Navigate the Insights button the Top Navigation Menu

Step 2: Select ‘Attribute Management’ from the dropdown menu

Step 3: Click on the Settings icon to access ‘Attribute Management Settings’ page on the top right corner

Step 4: To access ‘Multi Language Support’ click on the panel on the left, before ‘Custom Attributes’

You will see available languages, listed under ‘Multi Language Support’, along with their Enablement Status and the number of Attributes Supported.

Available languages are: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Russian, German, and Dutch.

To View the attributes supported by each language, click on the arrow button on the left side of the language mentioned, as shown below.

To Enable or Disable a language follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Click on the Edit icon on the top right, in line with Multi Language Support

Step 2: Use the toggle button to enable or disable a language

Step 3: Click on Save button to save the changes made

Step 4: Click on the Okay button when the ‘Save Changes’ dialogue box pops up, to confirm the changes made

You will see a Success dialogue box pop up on the top right corner of the screen, confirming the update made to the language status

To View a language from the Attributes Page

• Go to the main Attribute Management page, from the insights drop down menu on the main Top Navigation Menu as shown in the beginning.

• Hover on the globe icon mentioned in front of the attributes shown on the main Attribute Management page

You will be able to see the Non-English language support for that attribute
