How to create a label

To Create a new Label, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Insights button on the dashboard menu bar.

  1. From the dropdown, select “Label management”

  1. Click on Labels, under label management

  1. Click on “Create New Label”

  1. Select Label set type by clicking on the dropdown under label set. For e.g., here chosen label set is “Financial”

  1. Enter Label Name. For e.g., here label name is “Classified”

  1. Enter Label Suffix

  2. Input Priority. Adjust the priority level using the up and down arrow keys.

  1. Enter Description (optional)

  2. Choose Operator (AND/OR)

At the top of the screen:

  • Any (OR): Triggers alerts if at least one condition is met.

  • All (AND): Triggers alerts only if all conditions are met.

  1. For Condition, Choose attribute type and Operator

  1. You can group the attribute types by Sensitivity and attribute set.

  2. Click on + to add more conditions

  1. Click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the dialogue box to save the changes made.

  • How to integrate a 3rd party label

Follow steps 1-3

Step 1: Click on 3rd Party Integration

Step 2: Select the 3rd party for the Integration, e.g., MIP(Microsoft) or Google, here we have selected MIP.

Step 3: Add 3rd-party label set name

Step 4: Click on the “Next” button at the bottom right of the page.

Step 5: Add Client ID.

Step 6: Add Client Secret.

Step 7: Add Tenant ID.

Figure 19: Basic Information: Client ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID.

Step 8: Click on “Test Connection” to ensure connection is secure.

Step 9: Click on “Onboard Set Label” and close.

Step 10: Click on “Re-sync” to sync your newly onboarded 3rd-party label.
