Creating a New DSR Form

To create a DSR Form in LightBeam PrivacyOps as a Data Privacy Officer (DPO), follow the steps below:

1. Click on Form Designer.

1. Click on New DSR Form:

Select one of the following options in the dialog box:

a. To create a custom form, select the option Create new custom form. Go to section Creating a Custom Form for the next steps.

b. Select the option Select from pre-defined template to use a pre-defined template. Go to Using a Predefined Templatefor next steps.
