Attribute Sets

Navigating to Attribute Sets

  1. Go to the Header Bar:

  • From the main dashboard, locate the header bar at the top of the screen.

  • Click on the Insights tab.

  1. From the drop-down list, select Attribute Management.

  • The Attribute page view is displayed by default upon selecting Attribute Management

  1. To switch to Attribute Sets, click on the Attribute Set tab next to the Attribute tab at the top of the page.

Creating Custom Attribute Sets

  1. To create custom attribute sets, click on the Create new attribute set button next to the Settings icon.

  1. Once you reach the create new attribute set screen, Enter a unique attribute set name

  2. Add Description if required in the description box

  1. Use the Search Bar to quickly find specific attributes by name or scroll through the list of available attributes displayed on the left.

  2. To add an attribute, click the checkbox next to the attribute name. Highlight with a red arrow in the image below.

  1. The selected attributes will appear in the Selected Attributes section on the right.

  2. Verify that all required attributes are selected before proceeding.

  3. If you need to remove any selected attribute, click the minus sign (-) next to it in the Selected Attributes area. Highlighted in a red circle in the above image

  4. Once you have added all necessary attributes, click Create Attribute Set to save the set.

Enabling and Disabling Attribute Sets

To enable or disable an attribute set, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Attribute Set Page:

    • Go to the Attribute Management section.

    • Switch to the Attribute Set tab to view all attribute sets.

  2. Switch to List View:

    • On the top right corner, click the toggle icon to switch from Card View to List View.

    • This allows you to see the entire list of attribute sets with detailed information.

Locate the Active Column:

  • In the List View, find the last column labeled Active.

  • This column displays the current status of each attribute set:

    • Blue toggle → Enabled.

    • Gray toggle → Disabled.

Enable an Attribute Set:

  • To enable a set, click on the gray toggle next to the desired attribute set.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to enable the set.

  • Click OK to confirm.

  • The toggle will turn blue, indicating that the attribute set is now enabled.

Disable an Attribute Set:

  • To disable a set, click on the blue toggle next to the desired attribute set.

  • Confirm the action in the pop-up window.

  • The toggle will turn gray, indicating that the attribute set is now disabled.

Editing or Deleting an Attribute Set

To edit or delete an attribute set, follow these steps:

1. Accessing the Attribute Set

  • Navigate to the Attribute Set page.

  • Click on the specific attribute set name or card to open its detailed view.

  • On the top right-hand corner of the overview page, click the blue Actions button.

  • A drop-down menu will appear with two options:

    • Edit

    • Delete

  1. Editing an Attribute Set

  • From the Actions menu, select the Edit option.

  • The Edit Attribute Set screen will open.

  • On this screen, you can:

    • Modify the name of the attribute set.

    • Update the description.

    • Edit the attributes included in the set by adding or removing them.

  • Once you have made the necessary changes, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to apply and save all modifications.

  1. Deleting an Attribute Set

  • From the Actions menu, select the Delete option.

  • A confirmation pop-up window will appear, asking, "Are you sure?"

  • Click OK to confirm the deletion.

  • The attribute set will be removed from the system.

Note- Ensure that you review the attribute set thoroughly before deleting
