1. Full implementation and refined permissions for the "View Only" and "DPO" roles.

   • The "View Only" role will be enhanced to provide comprehensive read-only access to alerts, sub-alerts, and related data.

   • Users assigned the "View Only" role will be able to view all the necessary information without the ability to perform any actions that modify the data or alert status.

   • The "DPO" role will be fully implemented with specific permissions and capabilities tailored to data protection and privacy responsibilities.

   • DPOs will have access to relevant data privacy features, reports, and tools to fulfill their obligations in ensuring compliance with regulations.

2. Support for batch actions on sub-alerts in the Alert Owner View.

   • Alert Owners will be able to perform batch actions on multiple sub-alerts simultaneously from their dedicated view.

   • This enhancement will streamline the alert handling process, allowing alert owners to efficiently resolve, reassign, or perform other actions on a group of sub-alerts.

   • Batch actions in the Alert Owner View will save time and effort, enabling alert owners to manage a large volume of sub-alerts more effectively.

3. Enhanced filtering and grouping options for sub-alerts.

   • LightBeam Playbooks will introduce advanced filtering capabilities in the Alert Owner View, allowing users to filter sub-alerts based on various criteria such as severity, data source, or status.

   • Grouping options will be provided to organize sub-alerts into logical categories, such as by folder, bucket, or site, making it easier for alert owners to navigate and manage their assigned sub-alerts.

   • These enhancements will improve the usability and efficiency of the Alert Owner View, enabling users to quickly locate and act on specific sub-alerts.
