Dashboard Overview

The Consent Overview Dashboard is a centralized hub for monitoring consent activities. Below is a breakdown of its features:

1. Key Metrics Summary

At a glance, the dashboard displays aggregated metrics:

  • Preference Centers: 3 centers are configured.

  • Consent Logs: 5 unique consent logs recorded.

  • Data Sources: 3 data sources with 557 consents logged.

  • Total Opt-Ins: 296 users opted in.

  • Total Opt-Outs: 267 users opted out.

Consent Management Overview

LightBeam's Consent Management module provides an intuitive dashboard for tracking, visualizing, and managing user consents. This ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and offers actionable insights into user preferences.

The Consent Overview Dashboard is a centralized hub for monitoring consent activities. Below is a breakdown of its features:

1. Key Metrics Summary

At a glance, the dashboard displays aggregated metrics:

  • Preference Centers: 3 centers are configured.

  • Consent Logs: 5 unique consent logs recorded.

  • Data Sources: 3 data sources with 557 consents logged.

  • Total Opt-Ins: 296 users opted in.

  • Total Opt-Outs: 267 users opted out.


2. Graphical Representations

a. Consents by Preference Center Chart

This chart provides a visual distribution of consents segmented by each configured preference center.

b. Consents by Data Source

A complementary chart highlights the consents associated with each data source, helping to identify high-traffic consent channels.

3. Trend Analysis

A bar graph visualizes consent trends over time, offering filters for:

  • 4 Weeks

  • 4 Months

  • 12 Months

This enables pattern recognition and strategic decision-making based on historical data.

View All Consents

Clicking the View All Consents button redirects to a detailed table of all consent logs, allowing for comprehensive review and export capabilities.

4. Consents by Region

A geographical chart categorizes consents by the visitor's region (derived from IP address). This visualization supports location-specific compliance and strategy.

View Regional Consent Logs

Similar to the other charts, users can click View All to access a table with detailed logs by region.

Additional Features

The Consent Overview Dashboard includes tools for:

  • Filtering and Search: Narrow down consents by data source, region, or date range.

  • Export Options: Download consent logs in multiple formats (e.g., CSV, JSON) for offline analysis.

  • Compliance Settings: Adjust preferences and consent expiration policies in the settings menu.
