How to use a template

We utilize a Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) template to conduct RoPA-related tasks. When establishing a new process, we rely on existing RoPA templates as a foundational framework. This approach ensures consistency and efficiency in documenting data processing activities across various projects or initiatives.

To use a RoPA template, follow the steps below:

  1. We go to Privacy Ops – RoPA – Processes.

  2. Click on New Process.

  1. A pop up window will appear as shown in Fig 2. Fill in the boxes with the appropriate details.

  1. When you click on RoPA Template, a drop down box will appear as shown in Fig 3.

  1. Select the appropriate template and click on Next to proceed.
