We utilize a Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) template to conduct RoPA-related tasks. When establishing a new process, we rely on existing RoPA templates as a foundational framework. This approach ensures consistency and efficiency in documenting data processing activities across various projects or initiatives.
To use a RoPA template, follow the steps below:
We go to Privacy Ops β RoPA β Processes.
Click on New Process.
A pop up window will appear as shown in Fig 2. Fill in the boxes with the appropriate details.
When you click on RoPA Template, a drop down box will appear as shown in Fig 3.
Select the appropriate template and click on Next to proceed.
