The Consent Logs feature offers a detailed view of all recorded user consents and guidance on navigating the interface effectively.

Click on the Consent Logs icon located on the left sidebar of the dashboard.
This will display a table with all recorded consent logs, detailing key components for each entry.
The table includes the following fields:
Entity Name: The name of the individual or entity associated with the consent.
Example: Carolyn B Parker
Email ID: The email address linked to the entity.
Example: carolynparkerlb@lightbeam.ai
Entity Type: Specifies the type of entity (e.g., human, organization, or system).
Example: Human
Location: The geographic region of the entity, derived from IP or user profile.
Example: APAC
Consent Source: The origin of the consent, such as a specific app or preference center.
Example: Preference Centre for Alpha App
Consent Event: The type of consent activity performed, such as opt-in or opt-out.
Example: Opt-Out
Collected On: The timestamp when the consent was recorded.

Beside the Entity Name, there is a dropdown option to view detailed information about the consent, including:
Specific Opt-Out Details: The category or communication type opted out of.
Example: Opt-Out: Marketing
Consent Source: The exact location or tool where the consent was logged.
Example: Preference Centre for Alpha App
IP Address: The IP address from which the consent was submitted.
Example: 223.233.80.83
Comment: Any additional remarks left by the user.
Example: Please stop sending marketing newsletters.
The Consent Logs feature provides robust filtering options to refine the data displayed:
Primary Filters
Consent Type: Filter by opt-in, opt-out, or other consent events.
Consent Source (Data Source): Filter by the origin of consent, such as applications or systems.
Consent Source (Preference Centre): Narrow down to specific preference centers.
Entity Type: Filter by humans, organizations, or other types of entities.
All Filters
Additional filters available under "All Filters" include:
Entity Identification: Filter by names or specific identifiers.
Location: Narrow down by geographic region.
Communication Type: Filter by email, SMS, or other communication types.
Consent Category: Filter by consent purposes like marketing, transactional, etc.
Subscription: Filter based on subscribed or unsubscribed status.
Apply the changes after selecting your desired filters to update the table view.
