Click on Process Name and Description and add the appropriate information there as shown in Fig 7. A red asterisk against the section means these are mandatory sections.
Select Process Group. A drop down list will appear as shown in Fig 8. Click the appropriate option.
If automated processing is done as part of this process, tick Yes. Otherwise, select No. If yes, in the next section, add a description of the automated processing.
Select Purpose. A drop down list will appear as shown in Fig 10. Select the appropriate process.
You can also create a new purpose by typing it in the toolbar as shown in Fig 10.
Next, select Lawful basis. A drop down list will appear as shown in Fig 11. Select the appropriate reason.
You can also create a new lawful basis by typing it in the toolbar as shown in Fig 11.
Next, identify your role in this process and select the appropriate option as shown in Fig 12. Fill details accordingly.
Click on Next to proceed to the next section.
