Collaborators can be added in two ways: (i) while starting a new process as shown in Fig 1 below, and Fig 5 of “Creating a process”, (ii) at any point in the process stage as shown in Fig 2.

To add collaborators through the first option, follow these steps:
After you click on Add Collaborator as shown in Fig 1, a pop-up window will appear as shown in Fig 3.

Add the email ID of the collaborator. You can add multiple collaborators by clicking on the plus icon as shown in Fig 4.
Add the Due Date and the Email Body.

Click on the Edit icon. This will open this window as shown in Fig 5.
Fig 5 Tick the appropriate questionnaires
Tick the appropriate questionnaires that you want the collaborator to fill as shown in Fig 5.
Click on Save & Go Back to proceed.
